Sea Ray Relays 10k - Video Blog

Below is my video blog of the Sea Ray Relays 10,000 meters on April 13, 2012.

It was a great meet and I had the pleasure to run with a great group of girls. :-)

    Those splits are amazing, Alana! Great pacing. Did you use a timer? Or did you get given splits? Or could you see yourself on the clock? Or was it all just by feel?
