Running Goal:  Explore my full potential in the marathon and half marathon races; have a long and successful career as a professional marathoner.

Life Goal:  Long term my goal is to use my career as a professional marathoner to help those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). My little sister (Rose), and one of my cousins, have autism, so it is something I see everyday and am passionate about doing everything I can to help.  I am in the process of starting a charity to that focuses on the following areas: ASD therapy and education, ASD affected family advocacy and support, and ASD services (particularly those geared towards adults).  I want to be able to help not only children with ASD but adults as well, since they seem to be forgotten in the background.  I am donating a portion of all my prize/bonus money I earn in my career to this charity and my Dad is donating a portion of his coaching business revenues to it as well.  I hope to encourage and have other athletes join me in this charity so that collectively we can use the talents we have been blessed with to make a difference in the lives of others.  I want to help give a voice to those that need it.
